Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, a customer is allowed to return an item if they simply change their mind. If an item is faulty and needs to be returned, the customer does not need to pay postage costs for the return of the faulty item.If a customer is asked to return an item that arrived damaged, not as described or faulty, the retailer should refund the total cost of the return."

Electronic shifting from SRAM's Xplr eTAP combined with our internal cable routing results in a clean cockpit, perfect for mounting handlebar and frame bags for when adventure truly calls.
