With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

For Distance (online & Mail Order) Selling:Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, a customer is allowed to return an item if they simply change their mind. A customer has the right to cancel at any time from the moment they place their online order, and up to 14 days from the day they receive the goods.The customer then has a further 14 days from the date they notify the retailer of their cancellation to return the goods. -There are exemptions to online returns which include tailor made/personalised goods.
For Faulty Goods:
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, a customer has an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund. This right is limited to 30 days from the date the customer took ownership of the goods. If an item is faulty and needs to be returned, the customer does not need to pay postage costs for the return of the faulty item.If a customer is asked to return an item that arrived damaged, not as described or faulty, the retailer should refund the total cost of the return."

The Big Cobber front bike light produces an incredible 330° of light, so you will be clearly seen from the front as well as from both sides.
It is brilliantly effective at attracting attention day and night, making it one of the safest front bike lights you could choose. Knog was told by 18 factories that the Cobber would be impossible, but they were happy to prove them wrong. This light is the world's only 330-degree front bike light.
Big Cobber is simple to operate with a single button. A long press will turn the light on and off, and a short press will cycle through the modes. Efficient Chip on Board (COB) LEDs provide maximum brightness level for up to 90% of the battery burn time. As well as 8 pre-programmed modes, it is compatible with Knog's ModeMaker app so you can customise your light modes.
The light comes with tool-less removable silicone straps for handlebars 22mm - 32mm+ and head tubes up to 200mm in diameter. It also includes a standard and aero mount. For charging, Big Cobber plugs directly into USB-A ports. When the battery is running low, a red ring will light up around the button. This ring will turn green and then turn off once the light is fully charged.
